The Research Center Weihenstephan for Brewing and Food Quality (BLQ) will offer students enrolled in the degree programs leading to a Master Brewer, B.Sc. and M.Sc. programs in Brewing and Beverage Technology, Food Technology and Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Engineering a selection of courses.
