The TUM Yeast Center will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 11 January 2026. Liquid cultures will be available again from 26 January 2026.

The Weihenstephan Research Center for Brewing and Food Quality (BLQ) is a central institute of the Technical University of Munich. The institute offers a comprehensive range of services, organizes seminars and works on publicly and industry-funded research projects. The Weihenstephan Research Center for Brewing and Food Quality is involved in teaching and thus acts as an important link between research, teaching and practice.
